Look Up Claims

This feature enables users to view their ten most recent claims with detailed insights. Specific medical, dental, and pharmacy claims can also be searched using member name.

View Your Member ID Card

Users can easily access the details on their ID cards at any time. The option to email card information directly to providers is also available for convenience.

View Your Benefits and Coverage Information

Having immediate access to benefits and coverage details can enhance user experience, making important information readily accessible.

Access to the app requires signing in with a User Name and Password, ensuring that personal information remains secure. Without these credentials, no access to data is permitted.
